Returns
Do you need to return a piece of jewelry? We want to be sure each and every Little Girl's Pearls piece is beloved, so we're happy to help.
Our LGP guarantee allows non-personalized jewelry to be returned within 30 days of receiving your purchase. Simply return the jewelry in its original condition, with all gift wrapping that was originally included.
Once it arrives back here, we'll refund the price you paid for the jewelry back onto your original payment method (less the shipping from your original order OR if you chose free shipping on your original order, $7.50-$12 will be deducted for "free not in a hurry shipping" or $15-$25 for "free upgraded shipping" from your refund to cover the original shipping to send you the package). Refunds take approximately 1 - 2 weeks to post to your payment method.
Be sure to contact Little Girl's Pearls to get your return authorization number before returning your jewelry. We will let you know where to return your jewelry.
To Return:
Wrap her jewelry in a secure box (please do not use an envelope, that will not protect the return and voids the return if damaged). Send via your preference of shipping carrier - be sure to include tracking and insurance. Insurance is important because LGP is not responsible for jewelry that is lost or damaged on the way back to us.
INSIDE the box, please include:
- Your name
- Your original order number
- Your return authorization number (contact us to get one)
- Your contact info (in case we have questions)
- Reason you are returning the jewelry
