Same Day Shipping

If you order before 12:00 noon Pacific Time we *should* be able to get your order out the same day. Please let us know that the order is urgent and choose the appropriate shipping method to be sure it arrives in time. All orders ship within 2 business days and most orders ship out the next business day. However, we are happy to work with you on expediting your order for same day shipping if you let us know it is urgent. We offer same day shipping Monday - Friday (holidays excluded).

Quite often we can still offer same day shipping on your order up until about 2pm, but please call to check. FedEx picks up at 3:00, but for USPS Express mail they do not pick up until 5pm. We will do our best to be sure you get your jewelry in time.

Shipping Choices

We have regular shipping methods (first class mail and priority mail); our expedited shipping methods include:

* 2-Day Air ~ $15.95 guaranteed to arrive in two days (M-F)

* Overnight Air ~ $36.50 guaranteed to arrive in one day (M-F)

* Saturday Delivery ~ If you are in need of a Saturday delivery, please let us know. We can ship via USPS Express mail for 2-day air which will deliver on Saturday. For overnight delivery we use FedEx Overnight Express, the cost for overnight delivery on a Saturday varies by location. Please call for a quote.

Shipping Information

When you order and let us know your order is urgent we will do everything we can to get your order created and ready to ship as quickly as possible. Once we ship the package via the method of your choice we can then only hope and pray they deliver it on time. If your express shipping method does not arrive when it was supposed to you will be reimbursed the shipping charges. If we could hand-deliver all of our packages we would definitely choose that method. Over all of the years we have been shipping, we have only had 1 express package not arrive on time (It was in a FedEx truck fire). So we have confidence that your package should arrive in time.
