Little Girls' Pearls Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with your jewelry for any reason, please return it within 30 days of receiving your order (in original condition) for an exchange or a refund (less shipping). The only jewelry this does not apply to is the custom hand-stamped personalized jewelry due to the completely custom nature of the piece. Hand-stamped jewelry is not returnable. While we take great care to create each piece to be very sturdy, if there happens to be a defect in the bracelet that causes it to break in that time, we will of course replace your bracelet or refund your money. We would just ask that you return the original bracelet.

If your jewelry should happen to need cleaning or repair after the 30 days, please do not hesitate to contact. We would be happy to repair, restring or clean your jewelry for a small fee.

Safety Information

Please note that all of our products are made to be sturdy. However, they do contain small parts. If a small child were to break her bracelet, the small beads and pearls and other parts could present a choking hazard. So for children 3 and under, we recommend that the jewelry be a keepsake for her. For small children, the jewelry is not intended for everyday wear. Please never leave your child unattended while wearing ANY piece of jewelry.

Shipping Information

Most items ship within 1 - 2 business days. If your jewelry will take longer to create, we will notify you of the time frame for your approval. If you need your jewelry shipped more quickly, please just let us know and we will do everything we can to get your order out the same day. All packages shipped are insured and traceable. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your item is ready to ship.

Please note that jewelry is shipped Monday - Friday, the shipping times do not include weekends,

Shipping times below do not include the 1-2 business day jewelry creation time. First class mail and Priority mail do not have guaranteed delivery dates. For a guaranteed delivery date, please choose 2-day air or overnight air.

Shipping via first class mail is free (usually a week or so, but can take longer

Shipping via Priority Mail is $5 (usually 2-3 days, but can take longer)

Shipping via 2-day air is $18 (shipping transit time is 2 business days)

Shipping via Overnight Express is $40 (shipping transit time is 1 business day)

International First Class (about 2-4 weeks) no insurance, no tracking, no guaranteed delivery date - $5

International Priority Mail (about 1-3 weeks) no insurance, no tracking, no guaranteed delivery date - $14

Global Express Mail (1 week) insured, traceable - $30

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes or other fees that may be associated with importing products.

International Orders - Duties/Taxes/Customs

All orders are shipped as "merchandise" with full value declared (as required by law). All duties and customs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Jewelry that is refused because of customs and duties will not be refunded.

Sales Tax

California Residents and those having their orders delivered in California will be charged 8.75% sales tax.

Little Girls' Pearls accepts: Discover, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. Items ship after payment is received.

Privacy Policy

We at Little Girls' Pearls value our customers' privacy greatly. The only personal information we collect from you is when placing your order. We collect the necessary information that you specifically give us for delivering your order to you. We will not send you any information that does not pertain to your order via email, phone or mail unless you specifically request it. We will not give your contact information to anyone else or sell it to anyone else. I believe that junk mail, solicitous phone calls and junk email take up far too much of our lives. We at Little Girls' Pearls would NEVER want to add that "junk" to your life. When you order from us, we treat you as if you were family. That will not change.
