Drop Ship Information for Little Girls' Pearls
Thank you for your interest in becoming a Little Girls'
Pearls drop ship partner.
Due to overwhelming demand, I am
currently accepting drop ship partners via invitation
only. Thank you for understanding.
Drop Ship Policies
To be a drop ship partner you must register with
Little Girls' Pearls prior to offering our pieces for
sale. Simply fill out the form at the bottom of the page
once you have read the LGP drop ship policies and
information and FAX a copy of your business license, EIN
or Resale License to us at 805-735-2096. If you
are a California shop, we must have a copy of your
California Resale Permit number or you will be charged
sales tax.
You must be a business owner in order
to become a drop ship partner. Your business may
be online or brick and mortar. You must have had
your business open for at least 1 year. You may
offer the jewelry on your website, in home parties or at craft
fairs, however I request that you not offer them at
online auctions. All designs are property of Little
Girls' Pearls therefore, you may not present them as
your own. You may also not copy or recreate the
designs.
Please note that if
you are selling via a website, I check each website for
content and quality before approving applications.
All sites that offer my pieces must be family friendly,
quality online shops. So, if your website is not
up and running yet, please know that your application
will be on hold until you have at least one page for me
to take a peek at to check. I will also need a
general overview of the types of products you will be
selling. I just want to be sure that anywhere my
jewelry is offered, I would not mind my children
visiting. Thank you for your understanding.
Drop Ship Discount
You receive a 25% discount off of REGULAR retail prices
(not sale prices), no minimum purchase is required. You
may purchase your items directly through the website
(using a special coded voucher number that you will
receive after registering) or
email the order directly to
me to receive your discount. NO other discounts,
promotions, barters, specials or sales apply to the drop
ship price.
Please note that prices, drop ship discount % & shipping charges are subject to
change. We would of course let you know if we are
going to change pricing or our drop ship program in any
way.
You may set the
price you charge your customers.
If Little Girls'
Pearls is having a sale where the sale price is lower
than the normal drop ship price (25% less than normal
retail), you will receive the lower sale price.
However, drop ship discounts do not apply to sales
prices.
Shipping
Charges
All packages are shipped traceable and insured
(A shipment refers to each address shipped to in the
US & Canada.)
$6.50 via Insured Priority Mail with Delivery
Confirmation
$15.95 via FedEx 2-day mail (business days M-F)
$36.50 via FedEx overnight air (business days M-F)
$27 via Global Express Mail (anywhere outside of the US)
Pieces may be shipped to you or directly to your
customer.
We accept Visa,
MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. When you order,
please indicate how you would like to pay. We will
then send you a secure payment invoice. The order
will ship once payment is received. After you are
a drop ship partner for several months, we may allow net
30. This is completely at our discretion.
Gift Wrapping
All jewelry items include a dainty
organza gift bag with satin ribbons adorned with a
matching pearl and sterling silver charm. However
we also offer specialty gift wrapping as well.
You receive your 25% discount off of gift-wrapping.

drop shipping are the pink box and the tiny beaded
purse. I am sorry but at this time I cannot offer
a discount on the elegant satin gift wrapping or the
snowman gift box.
Sales Tax
Because only businesses with a valid and current state
license will be accepted as a drop ship partner, no
sales tax will be charged. You are in charge of
reporting your sales tax to your local state.
Business Information
I am happy to use your business
name on the address label of the packages sent to your
customer. I can also include your company's
invoice as well if you would like. If you would like anything
special included in the packages sent to your customers,
that can be discussed at the time of registration.
I also include a packing slip of sorts, it is a post
card that says "thank you for your order from (your
business name here), then has a list of the items they
ordered as well as an invoice number or order number if
you provide one.
Tax Information
By being a drop ship
partner you are not an employee. You are simply
receiving a discount on jewelry that is purchased by
your customers through your business. You are
responsible for any taxes (income tax, sales tax, any
other taxes that apply to you or your area).
Because you are not an employee, you will not receive
any tax or sales information from Little Girls' Pearls.
Product Pictures and Descriptions
After you are approved as a drop ship partner, you may
use the PRODUCT pictures and descriptions on your
website. However, you must save the images to your
own server. Google can penalize for duplicate
content, so it is advisable to reword or write your own
product descriptions.
Updates
As a drop ship
partner, I will periodically send updates about the drop
ship program. Your email and information will not be
sold or used for any other purpose.
